Who takes call center data
Call center data providers and the buyers who license from owners
Updated
Search for call center data and most results are providers selling collections they gathered themselves. The ones that pay a call center for its own records are fewer, and their own pages say what they want.
Providers selling their own collections
Macgence, Nexdata, Shaip and Unidata each sell call or conversational speech datasets they assembled, and David AI calls itself an audio data research company. They compete with a call center's archive more than they buy it.

Organisations that license from owners
Defined.ai, micro1, Troveo, Nyne and Protege say on their own pages that they take data from the businesses holding it. micro1 says it pays in full within 30 days of acceptance; Troveo says ownership never transfers; Defined.ai assesses the owner's licensing rights alongside legal and security checks.
