About Sell Call Center Data to AI
The people behind this site read QA, speech analytics and transcription vendors' terms and data buyers' pages through their own document reader, keep a copy of each page they quote, and answer every call center enquiry themselves.
What this site is for
A call center's records pass through several vendors before anyone thinks of selling them, and each vendor's terms decide what is left. Reading those clauses side by side, with the consent law beside them, answers the question before anyone talks price.
Who will find it useful
Owners, COOs and workforce heads of US call centers, in-house or outsourced, who hold years of scored calls and transcripts and want to know what an AI buyer would take.
What it offers
A quote form for one question, "sell call center data to ai", that runs right on the page with no sign-up, 5 guides on related questions, a table of figures you are free to cite (see the data and how it was made), and the list of sources behind every number.
- Call center business for sale: the data question buyers will ask: Call center business for sale or winding down: what happens to the scored calls, transcripts and QA history, and what the vendors' terms let you hand over.
- Call center recordings dataset: what a buyer will take and what it will not: Turning call center recordings into a dataset: transcripts and QA scores sell more easily than raw audio, and the consent statutes explain why.
- Call center data providers and the buyers who license from owners: Call center data providers sell collections of their own; a smaller set license call and conversation data from the companies that own it. Each one's own page, read.
- Voiceprint biometric law for a call center selling its data: Voiceprint and biometric law a call center meets before licensing recordings: California's CCPA definition, Washington's RCW 19.375 and the federal Wiretap Act.
- Call center QA data ownership, vendor by vendor: Call center QA data ownership in the vendors' own words: who owns scorecards and transcripts, who keeps aggregated use, and who trains models on them.
What it will not do
- We never rate a vendor; each row shows its own sentence and our one-word reading of it.
- We never take recordings, transcripts or caller details through the form.
- We never pass an enquiry to any vendor named on the board.

Reach us through Contact or at enquiries@sellcallcenterdatatoai.com; the rules that apply are on Terms and Privacy.
No call center vendor or buyer paid to appear here, and none knew we were reading its documents; there are no affiliate links. Each row is our reading of a published document, not advice on your own contract. How we are paid: when a call center licenses records to a buyer we introduced, the center pays us 12.5% of that deal, subject to a minimum, if we act as its exclusive agent, or 10%, subject to a minimum, if its records join a pooled sale; the terms are agreed in writing first, and any fee a buyer pays us comes off the center's bill.
